Potent Wachusett Girls Drop Pittsfield

WACHUSETT, Mass. -- Katie Quinn scored two goals Saturday for the Wachusett girls soccer team in a 5-1 win over Pittsfield.
 
Wachusett (12-1-2), ranked in the top 10 in the commonwealth by ESPN Boston, scored four times in the first half to put the game out of reach.
 
Ilana Albert got the Generals on the board in the 50th minute when she converted a Lindsey Schnopp assist.
 
Haley Tobin stopped eight saves for Pittsfield (2-8-2), which goes to Wahconah on Monday evening.
