Wahconah Wins Seventh Straight

DALTON, Mass. – Megan O’Bryan recorded seven kills Tuesday to help lead the Wahconah volleyball team to a three-set win over Chicopee Comprehensive.

 

O’Bryan also pulled up seven digs in teh 25-21, 25-15, 25-10 win.

 

“After trailing, 12-4, in the opening set, Wahconah settled in and started chipping away at their lead,” Wahconah coach Dave Lussier said. “We tied the set at 17 and eventually won the set, 25-21.”

 

Eva Jacinto matched O’Bryan with seven kills and served a pair of aces.

 

Sasha Fyfe finished with eight aces, 11 digs and one kill.

 

Wahconah (7-1) goes to Monument Mountain on Thursday.
