Mounties Roll on Senior Night

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Celina Savage had 12 kills Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock volleyball team to a three-set win over Ludlow on Senior Night for the Mounties.

 

Kelsie MacHaffie served seven aces in the 25-12, 25-9, 25-10 win.

 

“Half way through the second set all seniors played, with Jackie Brannan setting, instead of junior Kylie Sweren. Gianna Pesce playing opposite, Jamie Sweren and Talia Kapiloff playing middle, Celina and Julia [DeChaine] playing outside and Emily Mole playing libero,” Mount Greylock coach Greg Geyer said.

 

Kylie Sweren served five aces. DeChaine had four kills, two aces and a block.

 

Mount Greylock (16-0) travels to Dalton to face Wahconah on Thursday.
