Lenox Earns Five-Set Road Win

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Anna Nealon pulled up nine digs, and the Lenox volleyball team Wednesday came from behind to earn a five-set win over Pioneer Valley Christian Academy.
 
Playing as the Millionaires’ libero, Nealon also passed out four assists in the 25-22, 23-25, 16-25, 25-15, 15-10 win.
 
Emily Barenski and Hailey Armold each had seven digs. Setter Etta Schnackenberg also had four digs while directing the offense with 16 assists.
 
“The girls really showed up for each other tonight,” Lenox coach Steve Laurin said. “Despite some challenges in maintaining their offensive rhythm, the team demonstrated resilience and adaptability.”
 
Sai Meesala led Lenox with four aces.
 
The Millionaires (6-5) travel to Wahconah on Friday.
