Lenox Girls, Lee Boys Earn Tennis Wins

LEE, Mass. -- Matthew Petrescu earned a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles Wednesday to lead the Lee boys tennis team to a 4-1 win over Lenox.
 
The Lenox girls, meanwhile, knocked off their South County rivals by the same score behind Rory Lenehan's 6-0, 6-2 win to lead a singles sweep.
 
Sophia Puntin and Emily Holian earned a point for the Wildcats at second doubles.
 
The Lenox boys earned their point at third singles, where Michael Piretti took a 6-1, 6-0 win.
