Lee Girls Edge Mount Greylock in Semis

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Sophie Herman battled to a three-set win at third-singles Tuesday to help the Lee girls tennis team edge Mount Greylock, 3-2, in the semi-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class C tournament.
 
Mount Greylock got wins at first and second singles from Mai O’Connor and Mia Patrick.
 
But Lee swept the doubles points to earn the team win and advance to the regional title against Lenox, a 3-2 winner over Pope Francis on Tuesday.
