Pittsfield, Taconic, Lee Stay Perfect

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Mitch McCann rolled a 264 game on Wednesday to lead the Taconic bowling team to a 3-0 win over Monument Mountain.
 
McCann had the day's best game and day's best series (448) at Cove Lanes as the Thunder improved to 9-0 this season.
 
His teammate, Andrew Robitaille had the day's second best game and series (235-393) among the boys.
 
Taconic's Mya Duhamel had the second best game and series among all bowlers on Wednesday with a 236 game and 423 series.
 
The day's other matches between varsity squads saw Pittsfield take down McCann Tech, 3-0, and Lee beat Mount Everett, 3-0.
 
Pittsfield's Matt Dupuis rolled a 389 series, third best among the boys competing. McCann Tech was led by Michael Oakes, who posted a 215 game.
 
Lee got a 356 series and 196 game from Mercedes Kosik, and teammate Makayla Schuerer (181-344) was right behind her.
 
Taconic, Lee and Pittsfield each head into the holiday break with perfect records through the first three weeks of the season.
 
That will come to an end on Jan. 6 at Cove, when the Thunder takes on the Lee varsity.
