Mount Everett Falls in Overtime on Road

WASHINGTON, Conn. -- Colby Fowler scored the tying goal in the third period and the winning goal in overtime Saturday as the Shepaug hockey team defeated Mount Everett, 4-3.
 
Dylan Boomsma scored twice, and Caleb Kollmer added a goal to give the Eagles a 3-0 lead after two periods.
 
But Shepaug rallied to make a winner of keeper Alex Thornberg, who stopped 37 shots.
 
Cole Duval had 20 saves for Mount Everett, which is home on Wednesday against Belchertown.
