Atwood Leads Mount Everett Volleyball Past Hampden Charter

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Ashley Atwood had seven aces Wednesday to lead the Mount Everett volleyball team to a three-set win over Hampden Charter.
 
Atwood recorded three aces and a dig for the Eagles, who won, 25-10, 25-17, 25-14.
 
Nadia Makuc registered five aces, and Lizzy Sarnacki had four aces and three digs.
 
Several Mount Everett reserves saw significant action, including Lucja Stube, who had two kills, a dig and an assist. Kayla Martell had four digs and a kill.
 
Mount Everett hosts Lenox on Friday.
