Duval, Mount Everett Icers Come Back to Tie Drury

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Grayson Duval scored with 3 minutes, 29 seconds remaining Monday to give the Mount Everett hockey team a 4-4 tie with Drury at the Berkshire School.
 
The Eagles (1-4-1) rallied from deficits of 3-0 and 4-2 to pick up the point.
 
Duval scored a pair of goals, and Cole Duval and Jack Seward-Daley combined to make 24 saves.
 
Drury keeper Abigeal Fuls made 32 saves.
 
After a scoreless first period, the Blue Devils went on top with a pair of goals by David Delisle and an unassisted tally by Cam Taylor to lead, 3-0, midway through the second.
 
Josh Hunter got Mount Everett on the board when Josh Hunter lit the lamp to make it 3-1.
 
Duval got the Eagles within a goal  in the second minute of the third period, but Omar Uqdah (three assists) set up Delisle, who completed his hat trick and gave Drury a 4-2 lead with 11:41 on the clock.
 
Kyle Benzie scored for Mount Everett with about four minutes left, and Duval converted a Dylan Boomsma assist less than a minute later to tie it.
 
Drury hosts Greenfield on Wednesday. Mount Everett is at Belchertown on Friday.
