Mount Anthony Swimmers Down Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Braeden McManus won a pair of events Wednesday to lead the Mount Anthony boys swim team to a 94-26 win over Taconic at the YMCA.

 

Although the Thunder did not take first in any of the races it entered, one bright spot came in the 50-meter freestyle, where Matias Chimarro and Jax Delaney placed second and third, respectively, for Taconic.

 

The Patriots’ girls prevailed, 116-10, in their dual meet against the Thunder.

 

Jillian Croce earned points for Taconic with a third-place finish in the 50 freestyle and a leg on Taconic’s third-place medley relay quartet.
