Taconic Wrestlers Win at Monument Mountain
GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Tanner Hastings and Austin Houghtaling earned back-to-back pins at 170 pounds and 182, respectively, to secure a 45-30 win for the Taconic wrestling team at Monument Mountain on Wednesday.
Taconic also picked up wins from Sam Miller at 120, Zabion Powell at 132, Mason Papirio at 132 and Nick Bailey at 145. Taconic's Isaiah Williams and Dalton Peck each won by forfeit.
For Monument, Max Buffoni (106), Eli Jones (113), John Field (195) and Bart Christiano (220) each earned a pin.
