DALTON, Mass. -- Ben Gilooly carded a 26 over six holes to lead the Mount Greylock golf team to a 126-127 win over Wahconah on Wednesday in a match shortened by wind, rain and difficult course conditions.

Gilooly just beat out Wahconah’s Caden Frazier for medalist honors, edging him by one stroke. Frazier’s round included a birdie on the par-4 11th hole.

Wahconah’s Dan Wilson also recorded a birdie, on the par-4 10th hole, en route to a 29. Wahconah scored rounds from Patrick McLaughlin (35) and Emily Figiela (36).

Backing up Gilooly were Owen Petropulos (31), Brayden Smith (34) and Alex Axt (35).

Players from each team Saturday head to the Country Club of Pittsfield for the Berkshire Classic.
