Mount Greylock Boys Earn Victory

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Mount Greylock’s Oscar Heeringa earned a two-set win at second singles Monday as the Mounties’ boys earned their first win of the season, a 3-2 victory over Monument Mountain.
 
Mount Greylock’s second doubles team of Ed Stroll and Jacob Hillman earned a 6-3, 6-4 win. And the Mounties took a point by forfeit at third singles.
 
In the girls match, Mount Greylock got two forfeits on the way to a 5-0 win. Mai O’Connor and Charlotte Holubar earned straight-set wins in singles.
 
Beatrice Pedroni and Charlotte Towler battled to a 6-2, 7-6 (8-6) win over Bella DeLuca and Karma Cohen at first doubles.
