WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Bridget Igoe outlasted Lee’s Sophia Puntin at second singles to secure a 3-2 Mount Greylock win on Wednesday afternoon.

It took two and a half hours to decide the 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 win for Igoe that put the Mounties over the top in the Mounties’ regular season finale.

Mount Greylock (9-3) avenged a 3-2 setback at Lee earlier this month.

The Mounties now wait for Friday’s announcement of the Western Massachusetts Class C Tournament field to see who their next opponent will be.

Lee (6-5) is at Holyoke on Thursday.
