Moresi, Culbreth Medal at All-State Track and Field Meet

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Monument Mountain sophomore Siddy Culbreth and Mount Greylock senior Teresa Moresi each earned a bronze medal Thursday at the Massachusetts Meet of Champions at Merrimack College.

 

Culbreth went 47 feet, 5 inches in the boys triple jump to place third at the all-state meet in an event won by Catholic Memorial’s Amar Skeete with a mark of 51-2.

 

In the girls pole vault, Moresi cleared 11 feet to finish third. The event was won by Division 6 rival Kinsley Kline of Parker Charter, who went over 12 feet.

 

The Meet of Champions brings together the top performers from last weekend’s six divisional state championship meets.

 

The two-day event concludes back at Merrimack College on Saturday.
