Lewis Leads Pittsfield Girls to Second Win over Monument Mountain

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Szofia Lewis won two events Friday to lead the Pittsfield girls swim team to a 91.5-78.5 win and a season sweep over Monument Mountain.
 
In the boys meet, Sam Cybulski and Harry Albert each won a pair of events as Monument Mountain prevailed, 105-66.
 
Lewis won the 100-yard butterfly in 1 minute, 6.81 seconds and the 100 breaststroke in 1:14.03.
 
Pittsfield also got a wins from Kiera Devine in the 500 free (5:46.40) and Jordan Bradford in the 200 free (2:06.41).
 
Monument Mountain’s Asa Stone and Zoe Holme each won a pair of events. Stone won the 200 individual medley (2:20.70) and the 100 backstroke (1:03.40). Holmes took the 50 free (26.55) and 100 free (:57.77).
 
Cybulsk won the 200 freestyle (2:01.68) and 100 back (1:01.19). Albert won the 200 IM (2:21.84) and 500 free (5:33.65).
 
Pittsfield got wins from Conor Mooney in the 100 butterfly (1:01.40) and Connor Hayford in the 50 free (55.00).
 
Monument Mountain goes to Mount Anthony on Tuesday. Pittsfield hosts Taconic on Friday.
