Lenox Girls, Boys Beat Mount Greylock

LENOX, Mass. – The Lenox girls tennis team’s first doubles tandem won a pair of matches Wednesday to give the Millionaires a pair of wins over Mount Greylock.
 
Nicole Illingsworth and Katie Shove won, 6-3, 4-6, 1-0 (10-7) in Wednesday’s scheduled match to help their team take a 4-1 win.
 
They also completed a match from last week that was suspended by darkness, prevailing 6-3, 6-7, 6-3 to secure a 3-2 match win for Lenox.
 
Lenox swept doubles play on Wednesday and got singles wins from Rory Lenehan and Georgia Raser.
 
Lenox’s boys also picked up a 4-1 win over the Mounties.
 
Rocco Piretti and Jack O’Brien each won in straight sets to take points in singles for Lenox.
