Lenox Girls Advance Past Pope Francis

LENOX, Mass. – Georgia Raser earned a three-set win at third singles Wednesday to help the Lenox girls tennis team earn a 3-2 win over Pope Francis in the semi-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class C tournament.
 
The Millionaires swept the doubles points with hard-fought wins from the tandems of Nicole Illingsworth/Katie Shove and Gali Gomez/Charlie Keator.
 
Second-seeded Lenox moves on to the regional final against Lee, a winner at top-seeded Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
