Lenox Girls Edge Cohasset in Sweet 16

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Lenox’s No. 1 doubles team pulled out a three-set win Wednesday to give the Millionaires a 3-2 win over Cohasset and a spot in the Division 4 State Quarter-Finals.
 
Nicole Illingsworth and Katie Shove came from behind after dropping the first set to take a 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 win at Bousquet Sport.
 
Lenox got its other two points in singles, where No. 2 Rihana Patel and No. 3 Georgia Raser each won in straight sets.
 
The fifth-seeded Millionaires (18-1) move on to face No. 2 St. John Paul II (18-1) of Barnstable for a spot in the state semi-finals.
