Gillette Leads Mount Greylock Baseball to Win over Drury

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Reece Gillette went 4-for-6 with a pair of doubles and four RBIs Monday to lead the Mount Greylock baseball team to a 16-1 win over Drury.
 
Eli Ostheimer drove in four runs, and Alex Backiel went 2-for-5 with a pair of RBIs for the Mounties.
 
Cole Wojtkowski earned the win on the mound, striking out five and walking three while scattering five hits in six innings of work.
 
Payton Barnes went 2-for-3, and Ryan Dubie drove in a run for Drury (6-10), which must win its last four games to make the Western Mass tournament; the first game is Wednesday at Hoosac Valley.
 
Mount Greylock (8-4) continues a busy week on Tuesday when it goes to Wahconah.
