McCann Tech Hands Mount Greylock Its First Loss

NORTH ADAMS, Mass – Jesse Brazzee went 3-for-4 with a double, and Nick Gilman went the distance on the mound on Friday as the McCann Tech baseball team beat Mount Greylock, 10-1, at Joe Wolfe Field.
 
Ty Barrett and Lukas Rylander (2-for-3) also doubled in an eight-hit Hornet attack.
 
Gilman struck out eight, walked four and allowed just three hits and no earned runs in the complete-game win.
 
Tommy Art went 3-for-3 at the plate for the Mounties, who got an RBI from Everett Bayliss.
 
Jason Jaros went five and two-thirds innings on the mound for Mount Greylock before giving the ball to Mason Canata.
 
The Mounties (3-1) host Southwick on Sunday.
