Buda Powers McCann Tech Baseball Past Gateway

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Austin Buda went 2-for-2 with a double, a triple and five runs batted in Tuesday to lead the McCann Tech baseball team to a 21-10 win over Gateway Regional.

 

Troy Wnuk went 3-for-3, and Keaton West was 2-for-3 with three runs scored and three RBIs in an 11-hit McCann Tech attack.

 

Justin Dennette started and went two innings on the mound, striking out one. The Hornets used five arms to get through the five-inning win. Seth Farnsworth struck out three and walked on in one inning of work.

 

McCann Tech (4-2) goes to Smith Vocational on Thursday.
