Drury Downs Monument Mountain

NORTH ADAMS,  Mass. – Brayden Durant and JJ Prenguber combined to strike out seven Thursday as the Drury baseball team beat Monument Mountain, 12-2, at Joe Wolfe Field.

 

Both helped the cause offensively, as well. Durant doubled and drove in a pair of runs, and Prenguber went 2-for-2 and scored three times.

 

Connor Hinkell and Jake McAllister each tripled, and Lucas Hamilton doubled in a run in a 10-hit attack for Drury.

 

Gus Luff went 3-for-3 with a double for Monument Mountain.

 

The Spartans (0-3) go to Taconic on Saturday.

 

Drury (1-1) is at Greenfield on Friday.
