Hart Leads Hornets Past Central

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Parker Hart scored five goals and set up two more Tuesday to lead the McCann Tech boys lacrosse team to a 12-4 win over Springfield Central.

 

Cole Maxwell had a hat trick, and Musa Thompson finished with a goal and six assists for the Hornets.

 

“Good to get Parker Hart back from injury,” McCann Tech coach Marshall Maxwell said. “Musa Thompson and Cole Maxwell fed him as he had the hot hand. Good to get everyone in the game. Alex McDermott had his first career goal. We are excited for a back to back with Granby and Mount Greylock.”

 

Brody Rhinemiller stopped eight shots to earn the win in goal.

 

McCann Tech (9-3) hosts Monson on Wednesday.
