Wellspeak's Nine-Point Day Lifts Mount Greylock

AMHERST, Mass. -- Michael Wellspeak scored five goals and set up four more Saturday to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to a 16-6 win over Amherst.

 

Taylor Cummings scored four times, and Mac Waynick had a goal and four assists.

 

Sean Malloy and Nick Belouin each scored twice.

 

David Falk made five saves to earn the win in goal.

 

Mount Greylock (9-6) goes to Hoosac Valley on Tuesday.
