Quinto Scores Six, Pittsfield Boys Win Third Straight

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Kevin Quinto scored six goals and assisted on three more Saturday to lead the Pittsfield boys lacrosse team to a 14-7 win over Granby.
 
The Generals led by just two goals at half-time but outscored the Rams, 7-2 in the second half to pull away.
 
Mitch Stechmann scored four goals, and Markie Perras had four assists for Pittsfield, which got two goals apiece from Andrew Moore and Jacob Brazeau.
 
Ethan Beach made 13 saves to earn the win between the pipes.
 
Pittsfield (5-9) takes a three-game winning streak into Monday's game against Wahconah.
