CHESHIRE, Mass. – Skye Colvin scored five goals Wednesday to lead the Mount Anthony Union girls lacrosse team to a 20-4 win over Hoosac Valley.

The bright spot for Hoosac Valley was the goal scored by Emma Meczwyor, which gave her 100 points in her career.

Jacinta Felix scored twice, and Ashlyn Lesure had a pair of assists in the loss.

“Mount Anthony was the better team today - speed, skill-wise and in their transition,” Hoosac Valley coach Molly Meczywor said. “It was a great opportunity for us to recognize what we need to work on moving into the postseason.”

Kennedy Whitey made six saves for the Hurricanes (11-2), who have two regular season games remaining, starting Friday at Chicopee.
