WILBRAHAM, Mass. -- McKenna McIlquham scored four goals to lead 10 different Wahconah girls lacrosse players in the scorebook in a 13-6 win over Pope Francis on Tuesday.

“It was nice to have some of the other players put up points today,” Wahconah coach Kathy Budaj said. “I am very happy that we assisted on 11 of the 13 goals.  The girls moved the ball around and found the open players.”

Jordan Budaj had four of those assists, and Katie Bachli stopped 10 of the 16 shots she saw in Wahconah’s goal.

Cece Dunham and Hannah Ronayne each scored a pair of goals.

Wahconah (7-2) hosts Hoosac Valley on Thursday.
