Brancato Leads Lee at Westfield Tech

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Lily Brancato went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI Wednesday to lead the Lee softball team in an 8-3 win over Westfield Tech.

 

Bri Lynch, Karalynn Hopkins and Taryn Bannon also doubled in a 13-hit attack for the Wildcats, who jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning.

 

That was all the offensive support Lynch needed in the circle.

 

She went the distance, striking out 10, walking one and allowing one earned run.

 

Lee (4-0) hosts Monument Mountain on Thursday.
