NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Ariana Rivard went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles Monday to lead the Drury softball team to an 18-1 win over Springfield International Charter in the Western Massachusetts Class C Quarter-Finals.
 
Rivard drove in four runs and scored three times for Drury, which pounded out 14 hits in ending the game in the fifth inning via the mercy rule.
 
Brooke Bishop was 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs, and Olivia Perry and Abby Bailey each had a pair of hits.
 
Perry got the win in the circle, striking out 10, walking five and holding the Bulldogs to two hits while not allowing an earned run.
 
Third-seeded Drury (12-5) moves on to face Franklin Tech, a 3-0 winner over Lenox on Monday, in the regional semi-finals on Thursday.
