Drury Softball Wins at Chicopee

CHICOPEE, Mass. – Olivia Perry struck out five and walked none in a five-inning, complete game effort in the circle Wednesday as the Drury softball team beat Chicopee, 18-2.

 

Jayla Klein went 3-for-3 with four RBIs to lead a 12-hit attack for the Blue Devils.

 

Norah Wood was 2-for-4 with a double, and Maddie Saunders and Emily Lyons each had a pair of hits.

 

Drury (10-7) secured a state tournament bid with the win.

 

The Blue Devils finish their regular season on Thursday at McCann Tech.
