Mohawk Trail Softball Tops Drury

BUCKLAND, Mass. – Addie Loomis went 3-for-4 with a double Thursday to lead the Mohawk Trail softball team to an 8-5 win over Drury.

 

Sadie Wilcox struck out nine and gave up one earned run in four innings of work in the circle to earn the win.

 

Norah Wood led the Blue Devils offensively, going 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Jayda Klein accounted for the other Drury hit.

 

Evelyn Richardson went the distance in the circle for the Blue Devils, striking out five, walking none and allowing two earned runs.

 

Drury (2-5) hosts Chicopee Comprehensive on Friday.
