Westfield Tech Softball Edges Drury

WESTFIELD, Mass. –  Cassandra Girroir doubled and drove in a pair of runs Thursday to lead the Westfield Tech softball team to a 5-4 win over Drury.

 

Brooke Bishop went 2-for-4 with a triple, and Olivia Perry was 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Blue Devils.

 

Danielle Harnick struck out seven in the circle.

 

Drury finishes the regular season 9-11 and awaits its first round matchup in next week’s Division 5 state tournament.
