McCann Tech Softball Falls to Ludlow

LUDLOW, Mass. – Juliana Coelho went 3-for-4 with a triple Tuesday to lead the Ludlow softball team to an 8-0 win over McCann Tech.

 

Khloe Vanuni, Miranda Ranzoni and Emily Glasier each had a hit for the Hornets, who trailed, 4-0, after the second inning but limited the damage the rest of the way.

 

“Overall, I was pretty pleased with what I saw,” McCann Tech coach Robin Finnegan said. “First time on a field this year and I am sure we will get in rhythm.”

 

Hannah Tatro and Nora Moser split time in the circle, combining for seven strikeouts.

 

McCann Tech (0-1) goes to Southwick-Tolland on Monday.
