Lee Softball Shuts Out Mount Everett

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Bri Lynch went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs as the Lee softball team continued a mid-season power surge with a 22-0 win over Mount Everett on Friday.
 
Kayla Clark was 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs, and Devyn Fillio went 2-for-2 with three RBIs on a day when the Wildcats took advantage of 15 walks.
 
Lee has scored 72 runs in its last four games to win four in a row and improve to 6-5 this spring.
 
Lynch was in control all day in the circle, striking out 12 and allowing just one hit in the five-inning win.
 
Emily Roskidany had that hit for the Eagles (2-7), who go to Hoosac Valley on Monday.
 
Lee is at Amherst-Pelham on Monday.
