Westfield Tech Softball Edges Mount Everett
WESTFIELD, Mass. – The Mount Everett softball team scored two runs in the top of the seventh, but its rally fell short in a 17-16 loss to Westfield Tech on Wednesday.
Chloe Hotaling went 5-for-6 with a double to lead a 19-hit attack for Mount Everett.
Aliyah Creamer was 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles and four RBIs. Hailey Warren and Emily Gilmore finished with three hits apiece.
Creamer, Hotaling and Emily Roskidany split time in the circle.
Mount Everett (2-15) finishes the season on Thursday at home against Amherst-Pelham.
