Goddard, Thunder Win at Froniter

SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass. – Chey Goddard went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBIs Friday to lead the Taconic softball team to a 12-6 win over Frontier.

 

Maddie Harrington was 2-for-5 with a double, and Leena Schettini doubled in a 14-hit Taconic attack.

 

Rylee Paronto went 3-for-4 with an RBI and scored a couple of runs on offense to help her cause in the circle.

 

Paronto went the distance, striking out seven, walking just one but allowing six earned runs on 14 hits.

 

Taconic (6-0) goes to Wahconah on Wednesday.
