Hoosac Valley Outslugs Ware
ADAMS, Mass. – Gracelyn Wright went 3-for-5 with a triple and a double Thursday to lead the Hoosac Valley softball team to a 22-15 win over Ware.
Trinity Brackett went 2-for-4 with a triple.
Hannah Lord had two of Hoosac Valley’s doubles in a 17-hit attack. Lord also drove in four runs.
Wright earned the win in the circle, striking out seven, walking one and allowing seven earned runs in a complete-game effort.
Hoosac Valley (3-4) goes to Brattleboro, Vt., on Monday.
