Greenfield Softball Blanks Mount Greylock

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Mackenzie Paulin struck out six Thursday in a complete-game, five-inning two-hitter as the Greenfield softball team beat Mount Greylock, 13-0.
 
Five different Greenfield players, including Paulin, doubled in an 11-hit attack for the Green Wave.
 
Mount Greylock got hits from Emma Newberry and Kami Sweet.
 
Sweet and Mia Filieault split time in the circle, combining to allow nine earned runs.
 
The Mounties await their marching orders in next week’s Western Massachusetts tournament.
