Millis Softball Comes Back Late on Mount Greylock

MILLIS, Mass. – The Millis softball team Saturday rallied for five runs in the bottom of the sixth to overcome a three-run deficit and went on to an 11-9 win over Mount Greylock in the Division 5 State Tournament.
 
Keira Davis went 2-for-4 with a double to lead the Millis offense.
 
Mount Greylock’s Audrianna Pelkey went 3-for-4, and Kaleigh Jaros and Lydia Gaudreau each had a pair of hits in a 12-hit attack for the Mounties. Mila Marcisz doubled and scored a run in the loss.
 
Jaros went the distance in the circle, striking out four.
 
Mount Greylock finishes the season with a record of 6-15.
