Sweet Gets 100th K of Season in Saturday Win

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Kami Sweet struck out 11, including the 100th K of the season, as the Mount Greylock softball team Saturday knocked off Mohawk Trail, 17-9.

 

Sweet helped her cause by going 3-for-5 with a double at the plate.

 

Emma Newberry went 4-for-5 with a home run and a double to lead the offense.

 

Mira Mircisz and Malia Koffi each had a double and a single.

 

Mount Greylock (10-5) hosts Taconic on Sunday morning.
