Monument Mountain Softball Blanks Lee

LEE, Mass. – Hannah Boino went 4-for-5 with a triple and two runs batted in Thursday to lead the Monument Mountain softball team to a 19-0 win over Lee.
 
Andrea Paul went 3-for-5 with a double and a pair of RBIs at the plate and earned the complete-game, five-inning win in the circle for the Spartans.
 
Paul struck out nine, walked none and scattered four hits in the win.
 
Emily Hall had two of those hits for the Wildcats. Kassidy Klark and Maddie Blair each had one hit in the loss.
 
Kayla Clark went five innings in the circle for Lee, allowing four earned runs.
 
The Wildcats (1-7) are at Mount Everett on Saturday.
 
Monument Mountain (2-4) is at Drury on Saturday.
