Lenox Outslugs Smith Vocational

LENOX, Mass. – Amaya Alger went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs, and the Lenox softball team Friday collected 17 walks in a 19-7 win over Smith Vocational.
 
The Millionaires ended the game with three runs in the bottom of the fifth, the last coming in when Grace Juliano scored for the fourth time in the game on a fielder’s choice off the bat of Cassidy Flynn.
 
Alger went two innings in relief in the circle, striking out five and not allowing an earned run.
 
Evelyn Julieano had the start, striking out five over three innings to earn the win.
 
Lenox (3-3) goes to Monument Mountain on Monday.
