Kane-Smalls' Hot Start Keys Mounties' First Win

TURNERS FALLS, Mass. – Noah Kane-Smalls scored 20 points Thursday to lead the Mount Greylock boys basketball team to a 66-47 win over Franklin Tech.
 
Kane-Smalls started the game on fire, knocking down three 3-pointers and scoring 12 points in the first quarter, when the Mounties outscored the Eagles, 24-16.
 
He finished the game with five triples.
 
Desmond Cobb scored 15 points, and Judge Martin added 10 for the Mounties, who got nine points from Ward Bianchi.
 
Cam Candalaria scored 12 points to lead Franklin Tech.
 
Mount Greylock (1-1) hosts Drury on Monday.
