Wahconah Gets Balanced Effort in Win over Lenox

DALTON, Mass. – Cooper Calvert hit five 3-pointers and scored 19 points Tuesday to lead the Wahconah boys basketball team to a 59-27 win over Lenox.
 
Aidan Hagmaier scored nine points, and Jack Ducharme and Sam McLaughlin each finished with eight on a night that nine different Wahconah players made a mark in the scorebook.
 
“Good defensive effort tonight, and we had a balanced scoring attack,” Wahconah coach Dunstin Belcher said. “Great Team win.”
 
Nico Leslie scored 15 points and five triples for Lenox.
 
The Millionaires (3-5) are at Lee on Thursday as part of a boys-girls double-header between the schools.
 
Wahconah (11-1) is at Auburn on Monday.
