Monument's Higgins Scores 26 in Win over Lee

LEE, Mass. – Evi Higgins scored 26 points Monday to lead the Monument Mountain girls basketball team to a 67-42 win over Lee.

 

Natalie Lewis scored 14, and Abby Dohoney added nine for the Spartans (10-6), who qualified for the Division 4 State Championships with the victory.

 

Lee was led by Carina Brown with 15 points. Caroline Maloney scored nine, and Emma Puleri added eight.

 

The Wildcats (12-4) goes to McCann Tech on Wednesday.

 

Monument Mountain goes to Belchertown on Wednesday.
