Pope Francis Girls Top Hoosac Valley

SPRINGFIELD, Mass.-- Maeve Turmel scored 20 points Tuesday to lead the Pope Francis girls basketball team to a 61-47 win over Hoosac Valley.

 

The Hurricanes’ Reagan Shea made five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 21 points.

 

Genevieve Lagess added eight points in the loss.

 

Hoosac Valley (1-3) hosts Monument Mountain on Monday.
