The event will include on-court drills and scrimmages and educational programs from April 2 to 5.
Eight of the players invited to the camp have previously represented the United States in international play, winning gold at the 2025 FIBA Under-16 Women's AmeriCup in Mexico.
One, Sydney Douglas of Corona, Calif., was a member of the 2025 USA Women's U-19 team that earned gold at the FIBA Women's World Cup in Czechia.
Kay will join a coaching staff that includes the head women's basketball coach at Lubbock Christian University and an Alabama high school coach who has led her team to six straight state titles.
