AMHERST, Mass. – The Monument Mountain girls basketball team Wednesday put three players in double figures en route to a 53-27 win over Amherst-Pelham.

Jaziyah Forte, Hannah Boino and Sophia Guete-Ramirez each scored 10 points, and Addison Kramek and Brooke Decker added nine and eight, respectively, on a balanced scoring night for the Spartans.

“We got off to a good start with the help of a big first quarter from Hannah Boino,” Monument Mountain coach Joe Valerio said. “We were able to get out in transition and get some easy ones to get us going and then in the half court we moved the ball effectively and found open shooters.

Monument Mountain (6-12) finishes the regular season on Thursday at home against Chicopee.
